Summary
As a Client Services Analyst II, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client files, letters, and analytics that support recovery outcomes and client success. This role partners closely with internal teams and clients to analyze data, ensure quality, and drive process improvements aligned with client goals.
Your Role in Our Mission
In this role, you will support client success by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of client data files, letters, and reporting while driving quality, efficiency, and recovery outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to analyze data, translate requirements, and support initiatives aligned with client goals.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client data files and client-facing letters
- Oversee end-to-end workflows as claims progress through audit, QA, and review processes
- Perform detailed, quality-focused analysis and QA of client data files and letters to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Leverage tools, reports, and metrics to proactively perform first-level analysis of errors related to files, letters, and overall workflows
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights
- Conduct claim research as requested by Account Management or Clients
- Translate client-specific requirements and processes between technical and non-technical partners
- Collaborate with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables meet requirements
- Participate in client calls and provide clear, professional updates on KPIs, reporting, and claim status
- Monitor and proactively drive improvements related to KPIs, including recovery conversion, fallout management, and client SLAs
- Support revenue cycle and recovery-focused initiatives through data analysis and process optimization
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to ensure expectations are met
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide regular updates to leadership on workflow status, trends, and key metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent client services or operational experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use logic and process to resolve data and workflow issues
- High attention to detail with experience performing QA on client data files, letters, or reports
- Ability to create, document, and translate client-specific processes across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate in client discussions and provide professional updates

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
