Summary

As a Client Services Analyst II at Gainwell, you will support the delivery of client services by analyzing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with service commitments. This role focuses on managing client interactions, supporting operational processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Your role in our mission

When joining Gainwell, you will:  

  • Support client service delivery by monitoring performance, tracking issues, and ensuring alignment with service level agreements 
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating resolution of issues with internal teams 
  • Analyze service data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance client satisfaction 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications to provide visibility into service performance and key metrics 
  • Collaborate with operations, account management, and cross-functional teams to support client needs and service delivery initiatives 

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in client services, customer support, account management, or a related field 
  • Experience working in a client-facing role supporting service delivery or operations 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office preferred 

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote-based role within the United States with flexibility to support client and business needs 
  • Daily responsibilities include client coordination, performance tracking, and reporting 
  • Collaboration with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders 
  • Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement of client service delivery processes 

 

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
