Join our dynamic Pharmacy Center of Excellence (COE) as a Clinical Pharmacist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed clinical strategies, improving patient outcomes, and supporting pharmacy benefit operations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends clinical expertise with data analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Your role in our mission
Licensed Pharmacist; PharmD preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or managed care.
Strong analytical skills with experience in healthcare data and outcomes evaluation.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings.
Preferred
Basic skills in SQL and Advanced Excel for data analysis and automation.
Experience with predictive modeling and risk forecasting.
In-depth knowledge of Medicaid programs at both state and federal levels.
Familiarity with NCPDP standards and pharmacy claims lifecycle.
Familiarity with Pharmacy informatics

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
