Your role in our mission

  • Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines.
  • Navigate through the DHCS Provider and Beneficiaries webpage.
  • Provides responses to inquiries received from DHCS via e-mail.
  • Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters-Correspondence.
  • Maintain and submit weekly production inventory reports.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6 months minimum, or more years of customer service and/or medical related experience.
  • Following directions without deviation.
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
  • Experience working with computer software and telephone technology and skilled in the use of help desk software.

What you should expect in this role

  • Communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to take on special projects as needed.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers.

    This position is for West Sacramento.  The desired candidate must reside within 35 miles of West Sacramento.  The position is primally remote but will require to come onsite 1 day a week.

The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
