Summary
As a Conlan Analyst at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve. In this role you will be assisting with reviewing incoming correspondence and processing Conlan Reimbursement Claims for the Member community of Medi-Cal. This combines your passion for helping others with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions.
Your role in our mission
- Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines.
- Ensure all Member Reimbursement request letters, incomplete, approvals, and denials are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release.
- Conduct Letter Review and Analysis for received correspondence.
- Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters-Correspondence.
- Maintain and submit weekly production inventory reports.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 12 months minimum, or more years of customer service and/or medical related experience.
- Ability to follow stringent protocols for policy operations
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
- Experience working with computer software and telephone technology and skilled in the use of help desk software.

- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and other similar computer programs.
The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
