Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a motivated Data Science & AI Professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data analytics, backend systems, and cloud engineering. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing intelligent, data-driven solutions to improve healthcare, enterprise systems, and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines a Computer Science foundation, strong data engineering and AI project experience, and a passion for deploying scalable AI systems that impact millions of users.

Your role in our mission

AI & Data Science Solutions

• • Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, generative AI, and NLP.
  • Conduct data analysis and visualization using SQL, Pandas, and dashboards to uncover insights.
  • Apply advanced AI/ML techniques to optimize workflows, enhance decision-making, and automate insights

AI Workflow Automation & Integration

• • • Build and integrate agentic AI systems for telemetry, monitoring, and workflow automation.
    • Develop scalable APIs and data pipelines to support enterprise AI systems.
    • Enhance MLOps practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring) for reliable deployment.

Cloud & Backend Engineering

• • Utilize AWS services (Lambda, Pinpoint, etc.) for enterprise-scale AI applications.
  • Optimize backend queries, APIs, and workflows for system performance and stability.
  • Collaborate on debugging, design, and production issue resolution.

Collaboration & Innovation

• • Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions and actionable insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Stay current with generative AI frameworks, cloud automation tools, and industry trends.

What were looking for

• • Bachelor’s in Computer and Information Science
  •  3+ years of combined experience (internships, academic projects, and professional roles) in AI, data science, cloud engineering, and backend development.
  • Proficient in Python, Java, C++, SQL, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Git, Linux/Unix.
  • Strong in AWS services, REST APIs, and MLOps practices.
  • Expertise in data analysis, dashboards, and backend optimization.

The pay range for this position is $75,400.00 - $107,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
