Summary

Leads program and product management for new and existing opportunities in AI portfolio. Oversees product and project planning and execution throughout the engagement managing cross-functional teams. Establishes and manages standards and guidelines for effective program management; drives discovery of new opportunities for the AI program and contributes to the overall management the entire AI portfolio.

Your role in our mission

• Owns the end-to-end delivery and success of a set of AI initiatives as a program lead, working with cross-functional stakeholders spanning technical teams, product, business SMEs and accountable business owners of projects
• Leads the discovery process for new AI opportunities, evaluates opportunity from a business value and technical feasibility perspective and helps prioritize against other priorities
• Defines standards for effective program management along with the program management team
• Contributes to overall management of the entire AI portfolio
• Supports build vs. partner decisions, conducts vendor evaluations and supports vendor negotiations as needed
• Contributes to the governance of Gainwell’s enterprise-wide AI agenda
• Tracks market trends and competitive offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fifteen or more years of experience in program management, consulting or product management. 
• Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included
• Project management Certification (PMP) preferred
• AI product management experience preferred

What you should expect in this role

• This role is 100% remote with the opportunity to travel through work up to 20% annually.

The pay range for this position is $116,600.00 - $166,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
