Summary

The Director of Marketing Operations manages our marketing technology stack, ensures seamless execution of campaign plans, tracks and reports on campaign performance, and leads a team of operations, graphic design , web design, and content creation resources. This role will implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage marketing operations platforms, and overseeing the operational efficiency of all marketing campaigns targeting state agencies and public health sectors. The successful candidate will ensure that our marketing tools, data, people and processes are aligned to drive growth and customer engagement across our key accounts.

Your role in our mission

  • Marketing Technology Stack Management: Oversee the marketing tech stack (e.g., account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms), ensuring tools are fully integrated and optimized for efficient campaign execution.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the US Field Marketing & ABM Strategy Managers to implement digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and other digital channels, ensuring timely and precise execution.
  • Data and Process Optimization: Manage data integrity within marketing systems, creating and optimizing workflows, lead routing, and segmentation to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and dashboards, providing insights to internal stakeholders on effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Automation and Scalability: Develop automated marketing workflows to scale personalized campaigns for different state accounts while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Creative Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of graphic design, content creation, and web development professionals to deliver high-quality assets that support campaign objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment on technology usage, data integration, and reporting requirements.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring cost-effective solutions that support campaign goals.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure marketing operations comply with relevant regulations, particularly around data privacy and security, in public sector marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or marketing technology management.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), account-based marketing campaign execution and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from setup to reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of optimizing marketing operations to improve efficiency, lead management, and personalization at scale.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing India-based teams for US businesses
  • Strong technical skills in integrating and optimizing marketing tech stacks, including data management, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in building and leading creative teams to support marketing objectives.
  • Knowledge of public sector or healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

The pay range for this position is $130,600.00 - $186,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
