Your role in our mission
- Directs, builds and maintains account programs management office that operate at account levels. Executes account management systems according to policy, and enforces adherence to established account management processes and manage account performance. Directs the administration of account reviews on behalf of account executives.
- Establishes strong relationships with account executives and client executive leadership by demonstrating advocacy for the client expectations and goals. Directs and supports timely and accurate communications to client regarding various aspects of the accounts.
- Implements governance based upon account management models that operate at the client account level
- Directs, manages and coordinates client project reporting. Chairs internal project integration meetings and project management meetings. Directs view of cost, revenue and financial impact milestones by creating and maintaining the account economic goals of the contract to ensure accuracy. Directs the tracking and reporting of consumption of internal project costs and client charges for large or global accounts in accordance with the commercial terms of the contract.
- Drives account level demand forecasting processes.
- Drives account standardization objective efforts across organizational boundaries.
- Directs the organization and performance of certain functional areas and the activities of senior managers. Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of established company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
- Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.
What we're looking for
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Masters degree in business administration, computer science or related field preferred
- Fifteen years project management, account management or related related experience
- Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included
- Experience working with past and present company business environment
- Experience working with company business practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience working with the management implications of various forms of financial data
- Experience working with project control concepts
- Experience working with account management principles and practices

The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $195,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
