We are seeking a talented individual for a Program Director role, who is responsible for the successful sales and delivery of COB/PI services to client(s). Oversees routine delivery of client services, and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship and overall contract P&L.
Your role in our mission
- Serves as the primary liaison with clients and is responsible for overall client satisfaction.
- Dedicated responsibility for leading/managing all account and contractual aspects, such as planning, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, and reporting of workload and financial results.
- Manages an operating budget with P/L responsibility including monthly accrual, revenue and expense projections.
- Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand scope of engagement.
- Develops and maintains a project status reporting system to ensure all contract deliverables are tracked, monitored, and completed timely.
- Works with Senior Management to develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve enterprise goals.
- Works with clients and stakeholders (both internal and external) to monitor and communicate progress, identify and manage risk, and communicate consistently and effectively. Attends status meetings with client stakeholders and presents results of contract work.
- Provides analysis and expertise when compiling and reporting operational results and contract deliverables.
- Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing technology, processes, and existing products and/or services based on broad view of the organization.
- Works with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and identify opportunities for value added services. Leads procurement processes and RFP responses.
- Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity or wins. Tracks legislative and regulatory initiatives through consistent reporting. Monitors competitive landscape within assigned states.
- Engages in the strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned account(s).
- Interacts with Gainwell executives, supporting staff, state constituencies including legislators and governor's staff.
What we're looking for
- BA/BS - (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred).
- 5+ years of client management/presentation/supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of Medicaid/Medicare/Public Health experience - general knowledge of the Medicaid program, particularly coordination of benefit, coverage, and payment rules.
- 3+ years of Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Recovery Audit Contract (RAC) experience.
- Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft applications. Advanced technical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to function well in a highly collaborative environment which often requires managing relationships across task orders, multiple functional areas and physical and virtual locations.

- Must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Eastern time zone preferred.
- Travel may be required up to 10%
- Compensation includes annual bonus of up to 20%

The pay range for this position is $82,900.00 - $118,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
