Summary

The Director of Solution Delivery Operations will support the creation, deployment, and ongoing operations of Gainwell’s account delivery shared services organization. This support will include creation and governance of controls tied to financial chargebacks, resource load balancing, process and SLA compliance, executive reporting, and talent development.

Your role in our mission

  • Supports Vice President of Solution Delivery in communication, staffing, and governance activities.
  • Sets direction to ensure accountable delivery on department commitments, influencing and governing process adherence by peer leadership.
  • Sets direction with direct report team, ensuring completion of work assignment and understanding of / adherence to established company policies and procedures.
  • Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
  • Directs business function including, approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
  • Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver shared services to account delivery team within reasonable schedules and budgets.
  • Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel.
  • Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.
  • Works closely with Client Delivery to ensure client needs are met.
  • Works with Finance and Client Delivery to establish charge-back process and ensure reconciliation.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fifteen or more years of experience in healthcare operations and/or IT operations.
  • Ten or more years of experience in SDLC processes.
  • Ten or more years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures related to software delivery and support.
  • Experience working with the management of various forms of financial and budget tracking/adherence.
  • Experience with departmental transformation, including people, process, and technology.
  • Track record of accountable delivery of large project scope, within committed timeline and budget.

What you should expect in this role

  • This position is 100% remote with up to 15% travel annually.

The pay range for this position is $127,400.00 - $182,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
