Your role in our mission



  • Lead 60+ Onshore/Offshore SCRUM teams
  • Coach Agile practices and principles and lead Agile workshops to facilitate delivery of value-based results
  • Partner with technical domain owners, leaders, and teams to ensure continuous collaboration and alignment in technology strategy and execution.
  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile approach and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry standard methodologies.
  • Insightfully assess agile maturity within and across domains and recommend improvements or practice-sharing opportunities; coach through recommended improvements and connect teams for practice-sharing.
  • Work with teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile.
  • Assess the Scrum maturity of the teams and the organization and coach the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable for the team and the organization.
  • Ensure that the organization has the right level of visibility into the current and upcoming work
  • Encourage an environment that values mutual respect, willingness, and courage.
  • Champion the best use of metrics across teams.
  • Create and implement plan to track and manage dependencies across teams
  • Actively participate in Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence and help drive overall maturity assessments (DevOps, Analytics, Organizational Agility) improvements and initiatives.

What we're looking for


  • 10+ years of experience in an Agile Delivery environment leading large teams with 5+ years leading onshore/offshore software development agile teams and 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • Experience with Agile Transformations and Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (L.A.C.E.)
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Strong technical proficiency and experience leading teams in delivering quality software
  • Scrum Master Certification (SCM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification,  and Other Agile Coaching Certifications

The pay range for this position is $157,400.00 - $196,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
