Summary
Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell Coordination of Benefits (COB) solutions are aligned to corporate and client objectives in core products.
- Lead a diverse team of Business Analysts and Developers to execute Quality Assurance roadmap.
- Define and develop new Quality Assurance programs supporting 300+ clients across COB products.
- Be an internal champion of Quality Technology and Operational procedures coordinating with stakeholders to set expectations, deliver data-driven outcomes and measure results.
- Advance Quality Assurance technology developments throughout COB products simplifying identification and corrective action of non-conformities at critical operational stage gates.
- Execute a data quality strategy across a broad group of stakeholders and sources.
- Identify new technologies to improve team performance with measurable and comprehensive Quality Assurance checks for downstream stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement by assessing current state, identifying root cause issues, and implementing measurable programs to remediate non-conformities.
- Measure adherence and compliance of all enterprise data policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop a curious and innovative culture implementing cutting edge programs to optimize the value of the Quality Assurance team.
- Be a knowledgeable bridge between Account teams, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business Quality requirements, KPIs, and remediation processes.
- Work with Operations, Account teams, and the technology to develop and manage business requirements at the start of a technical project.
- Analyze, plan, design, document or make recommendations to improve business/Quality processes to support quality technology goals.
- Conduct routine in-depth analytical research on core products to ensure performance exceeds expectations resulting in reduced financial impairments, critical defects, and improved VOC scores.
- Serve as a mentor for improving teams knowledge on technology, data and systems.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance productivity and team dynamic.
What we're looking for
- 10 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with 5 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare data experience
- Strong leader with 5+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced complex workplace
- Experience working in complex and large data environments
- Experience leading teams through data management initiatives, including scoping, metadata capture, data quality business rule definition, data quality monitoring, and data quality issue remediation
- Experience leading teams in a decentralized and matrixed environment, team builder who develops team, staffing strategy, and hiring plan consistent with the needs of the organization
- Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing
- Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL and other requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Strong communication skills translating business/client needs to actionable objectives
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to deliver messages to business leaders and technical personnel
- A leader who motivates others to action and communicates key technical ideas in a digestible way
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience related field required

- This opportunity is 100% remote within the United States with up to 15% travel annually for business purposes.

The pay range for this position is $124,300.00 - $177,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
