Summary
The Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the integrated campaign portfolio for all Gainwell solutions targeting state Medicaid and public health agencies and translate Product Marketing’s messaging/positioning into modular, multi‑channel campaigns and "campaign kits" that state Account Based Marketing (ABM) managers can adapt for account plans. The Director will also orchestrate execution with Content, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, and the India‑based Marketing Operations team and will measure and optimize for engagement, pipeline, influence, and RFP outcomes.
Your role in our mission
- Portfolio & Planning: Build and manage the end‑to‑end campaign portfolio across all solutions; set quarterly release plans aligned to Product roadmaps and growth priorities.
- Campaign Architecture: Convert solution positioning into persona‑centric narratives, offers, CTAs, and journeys (awareness → consideration → evaluation → action).
- Campaign Kits: Produce reusable kits (briefs, messaging maps, email sequences, landing pages, paid/organic social, webinar‑in‑a‑box, event toolkits, content syndication plans, nurture plays) for state adaptation.
- Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Lead intake/prioritization; brief Content, Creative, and MOps; manage timelines; ensure on‑brand delivery. Partner with Corporate Comms on PR-worthy moments.
- ABM Alignment: Co‑plan with ABM Sr. Managers; gather field feedback; localize assets where necessary; maintain a searchable asset library with version control.
- Execution & Optimization: Launch and optimize multi‑channel programs across web, microsites, webinars, events, digital ads, LinkedIn, and email. Test and iterate creative, offers, and targeting.
- Measurement: Define KPIs by solution; partner with MOps to implement tracking (UTMs, Lead Source/Primary Campaign Source, campaign member statuses); instrument dashboards; run A/B tests; report impact.
- Budget & Vendors: Own the solution‑campaign budget; manage external partners as needed.
What we're looking for
- 8–10+ years B2G/B2B demand generation or growth marketing; healthcare/Medicaid/public sector experience strongly preferred.
- Proven record leading integrated, multi‑channel campaigns without direct staff; strong cross‑functional leadership.
- Expert in campaign planning, conversion funnels, lead lifecycle, and attribution.
- Fluency with Salesforce and a MAP (e.g., HubSpot/Marketing Cloud) and ABM/intent platforms (e.g., Demandbase/6sense). Comfortable in analytics and dashboarding.
- Exceptional brief writing, storytelling, and project management; deadline‑reliable and detail‑precise.
