Director of Growth Strategy

Summary

The Director of Growth Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the company's growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.

Your role in our mission

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• RFP Strategy: Collaborate with business development executives to define upfront strategy in advance of RFPs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate growth strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, business development, or a related role.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Industry Knowledge: Health and human services and healthcare industry experience preferred, Medicaid experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proven track record of successful growth initiatives.
• Proficiency with CRM and data analysis tools.
