Your role in our mission

This is important in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Perform work related to drug rebate invoicing and payments.
  • Reconciles and posts monies collected for the drug rebate program.
  • Applies accounts receivable. Research and respond to requests for information.
  • Verify timely performance of drug rebate responsibilities and confirm standards are met. Monitor and maintain control records.
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements, report development, and delivery of reports to client approval.

What we're looking for

  • Accounting or Finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, with quickness and willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with critical thinking.

What you should expect in this role

Hours- Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
