  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments.

  • Ensure compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements.

  • Maintain quality, production, and compliance standards set by management.

  • Support departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows.

  • Serve as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals.

Your role in our mission

  • Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems.

  • Track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence.

  • Index, correct, and post historic payments as required.

  • Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers.

  • Assist with special projects to support operational success.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems.

  • Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
