Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Oversees relationships between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure that product development and implementation are coordinated.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing quality and user acceptance testing.
What we're looking for
• Must possess a strong proven, hands-on experience and understanding of the Healthcare EDI X12N transactions formats that govern healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• In depth knowledge of and experience with HIPAA/EDI X12 5010 healthcare-related transactions including 270-271, 276-277,277CA,277U, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999, 824, and NCPDP.
• Must possess advanced, working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile Scrum Methodologies.
• Knowledge of EDI applications such as IBM Sterling / ITXA suite, Edifecs suite and QNXT.
• Expert with commonly used EDI concepts, practices, and procedures within a heath care field.

The pay range for this position is $63,100.00 - $90,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
