Summary

As an EDI Business Architect, you will leverage your deep expertise in healthcare EDI, Edifecs, and technical architecture to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Your role will involve developing an architectural roadmap and supporting the strategic implementation of EDI solutions, enhancing healthcare operations, and optimizing business workflows.

Your role in our mission

  • Architectural Leadership: Provide specialized expertise in healthcare EDI and Edifecs to align business and technical capabilities for solving complex healthcare industry challenges. Develop a comprehensive architectural roadmap that supports the client’s business objectives.
  • Business & Technical Collaboration: Utilize a structured business architecture methodology to capture essential views of the business. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to assess current capabilities, identify high-level requirements, and guide the direction of EDI projects and program design activities.
  • Governance & Alignment: Contribute to the governance processes for evaluating, tracking, and reporting adherence to the business architecture strategy for healthcare platforms, products, and services. Ensure alignment with business and EDI best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in business analysis processes, resources, and workflows. Lead improvements in healthcare EDI operations and enable cross-functional teams to work in parallel through structured guidance and technical direction.
  • Mentorship & Support: Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance on business analysis deliverables. Support business solution architecture to empower cross-functional teams working on healthcare EDI projects.
  • Business Issue Resolution: Use technical expertise to solve complex healthcare-related business issues and deliver efficient EDI-based solutions. Recommend and implement process improvements, optimizing workflows for better client outcomes.
  • Industry & Technical Awareness: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, EDI standards, and best practices related to Edifecs and supporting technologies, including Windows applications, Web Services, and .NET.

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of experience in business analysis, business re-engineering, business transformation, financial analysis, business architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with healthcare EDI standards, Edifecs, and integration technologies.
  • Proficiency with Windows applications, Web Services, and .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with healthcare business processes, regulatory requirements, and client needs.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
