The ETL Application Developer – Informatica & DB2 will be responsible for creating new ETL mappings and workflows using a mixture of Informatica Power Center, DB2 and Scripts to convert files of various formats and load to our internal databases. 

Your role in our mission

Must be able to work with the business analyst to refine requirements.  Develop and unit test new or modified mappings and workflows.  Tune and troubleshoot Informatica workflows.  Create deployment packages and documentation for the release management team.  Work with DBAs and Informatica admins to resolve performance bottle necks.  Implement best practices, escalate issues in a timely manner and work with SMEs when needed.  Multi-task across assignments as priorities change.  May share responsibility with other developers, including an offshore team, to ensure the work is completed on time or ahead of schedule. 

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of Informatica PowerCenter 10.x experience including testing
  • 3+ years of experience using Relational Databases (Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server)
  • 3+ years of experience writing scripts (Unix, Python or Bash)
  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
