Your role in our mission

Innovation begins with design and leads to solutions that help our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. In this position you will:

Monitor and manage batch job executions across multiple platforms.
Identify and resolve job failures or delays promptly.
Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of batch activities.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure system stability and performance.

What we're looking for

Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Unix and SQL.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

What you should expect in this role

Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
This is a remote position within the United States
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $43,300.00 - $61,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
