Your role in our mission
Innovation begins with design and leads to solutions that help our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. In this position you will:
- Monitor and manage batch job executions across multiple platforms.
- Identify and resolve job failures or delays promptly.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of batch activities.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure system stability and performance.
What we're looking for
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Unix and SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
What you should expect in this role
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- This is a remote position within the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $43,300.00 - $61,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
