Your role in our mission

"Analyze this" and help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Analyze, clean, and model data to support business decisions and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Use coding and automation to improve data processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support tax coding and data classification activities.
  • Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, GitHub, Copilot Studio, SQL, and Python to analyze and manage data.
  • Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large data sets to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
  • Experience building advanced Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile environments.
  • Experience working with health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated industries.

Key Qualifications (Most Important)

  • Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
  • Coding and automation experience
  • Data cleaning, transformation, and data modelingAnalytical problem solving
  • Python and SQL (preferred)GitHub and Microsoft Copilot Studio experience

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
