Summary

Your role in our mission

• Create and update QA documentation, including standardized metrics aligned with best practices.

• Assist in defining and documenting tailored quality plans for assigned projects.

• Conduct assessments using both objective and subjective data to verify compliance and report findings.

• Evaluate deliverables for quality; suggest improvements with well-supported recommendations.

• Independently collect and analyze defect metrics, present insights through reports and discussions.

• Participate in audits, special initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

What we're looking for

Background in Business, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in the insurance industry or quality assurance/auditing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with software testing tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks in remote settings

The pay range for this position is $40,300.00 - $57,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
