Summary
In this role at Gainwell, you will support quality development, documentation, compliance and continuous improvement efforts—making sure that our products and processes meet internal and industry expectations. Your role in our mission
• Create and update QA documentation, including standardized metrics aligned with best practices.
• Assist in defining and documenting tailored quality plans for assigned projects.
• Conduct assessments using both objective and subjective data to verify compliance and report findings.
• Evaluate deliverables for quality; suggest improvements with well-supported recommendations.
• Independently collect and analyze defect metrics, present insights through reports and discussions.
• Participate in audits, special initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
What we're looking for
- Background in Business, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry or quality assurance/auditing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with software testing tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks in remote settings

The pay range for this position is $40,300.00 - $57,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
