We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eligibility Operations Advisor I to verify, document, and coordinate information needed to process applications and other eligibility-related tasks. This position involves policy analysis, documentation review, and customer service support for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program.

 

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Eligibility Operations Advisor I, you will:

  • Provide enrollment assistance and HIPP/Premium Assistance information to Medicaid-eligible recipients and families.

  • Verify, document, and investigate healthcare coverage for members.

  • Identify individuals who may qualify for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program.

  • Enter and maintain accurate data related to eligibility and enrollment.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service through phone inquiries and case updates.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online navigation.

  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $26,500.00 - $37,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
