Summary
The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with Gainwell's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management, from initial planning to post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event strategy, logistics, and marketing, with a focus on delivering value to all stakeholders. Your role in our mission
- Develop Event Calendar and Budgets: Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets.
- Organize Kick-off Meetings: Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each event.
- Oversee Budgeting Processes: Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency.
- Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input.
- Manage Event Logistics: Handle contracts, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping.
- Develop and Execute Promotions: Create and manage promotional timelines, event listings, and client events, including invitations and logistics.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-conference surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate event impact.
What we're looking for
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex events.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI.

This role is intended for pipelining and will remain open indefinitely.
The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
