Your role in our mission

  • Designs, develops, programs methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse a big data sources using machine learning and predictive modeling tools.
  • Builds analytic models to identify and quantify solutions to business problems. Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to client, service, and business managers. Determines probable future outcomes and recommends and delivers new business process improvements.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel towards build of software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
  • Influences a client's strategic decisions by using deep industry expertise and deploying innovative analytics solutions in the operational systems
  • Select and deftly uses the tools fo the crafdeftly uses the tools of the craft—data ingesting, data cleansing, feature engineering, data filtering and aggregating, statistical estimation and hypothesis testing, machine learning and iterative development and continuous production integration and deployment
  • Knowledge of Semi-Structured and UnStructured data, schema-on-read, parsers, NLP packages
  • Solid knowledge of Repeated Measures / Time Series / Mixed Level Random Effects Statistical Estimation, Machine Learning, Overfit, False Discovery, etc.
  • Performance Optimization for Data Science development and in production
  • Solid knowledge of Repeated Measures / Time Series / Mixed Level Random Effects Statistical Estimation, Machine Learning, Overfit, False Discovery, etc

What we're looking for

  • 8 or more years of relevant experience in the area of statistics/analytics/machine learning/data scientist in healthcare environment
  • Expert knowledge of SQL queries to process large amounts of data in a set-based fashion
  • Solid understanding of indexing, stored procedures, materialized views, and experience with datasets at least 100M – 1B rows in size, some of them ugly/messy
  • Solid python knowledge, including having developed complex object-oriented designs
  • Experience with main-stream BI dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, etc.
  • Experience doing Data Science leveraging the elasticity in a major Cloud environment

The pay range for this position is $99,200.00 - $141,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
