Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a skilled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our process improvement team within the Customer Experience (CX) organization. The ideal candidate will use Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to ensure operational readiness for large design, develop, and implement (DDI) projects. This role will focus on aligning developed technology with end-user needs, facilitating a smooth go-live process, and driving continuous improvements.

Your role in our mission

  • Facilitate Kaizen Events: Lead and manage kaizen event workshops to map out and design the designed state of processes. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, potential failure modes, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable plans and controls to address these issues and ensure that improvements are implemented effectively.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies to conduct thorough analyses of designed processes. Identify potential process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues. Develop and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights, aiming to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall process quality.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop robust project plans, set milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery. Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Ensure that project outcomes meet defined objectives and deliverables.
  • Robust Reporting & Insights: Work closely with the CX Insights team to design and implement measurement systems that effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant metrics. Ensure that these measurement systems provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Operational Readiness: Assess and ensure that all systems, processes, and technology are fully operational and ready for deployment before the go-live date. Conduct readiness reviews, identify potential risks or gaps, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. Use data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement, develop improvement strategies, and implement changes to continuously refine and optimize processes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to address and resolve issues that arise during DDI projects. Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify underlying causes of problems, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Support or lead efforts to address challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
