Your role in our mission

When joining Gainwell, you will:

Serve as a key member of a leveraged team supporting configuration, development, testing, and implementation of drug rebate solutions for state clients
Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with program requirements
Act as a subject matter expert for drug rebate solutions, collaborating with pharmacy, finance, IT, and cross-functional teams across the enterprise
Translate business and rebate program requirements into application designs, functional specifications, and scalable technical solutions
Lead and contribute to testing, integration, deployment, and documentation efforts to ensure successful solution delivery
Facilitate alignment through stakeholder engagement, including project meetings, JAD sessions, and collaboration with development teams

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience working with healthcare applications and data; Medicaid drug rebate experience preferred
8+ years of experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
Experience with software development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and modern development methodologies and release management
Experience with ETL processes and data integration; SSIS experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience with implementing and supporting applications built on low code platforms, USoft preferred

Fully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimal Travel Required – Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).

The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
