The Advisor Business Analyst – Requirements Validation (RV) serves as a strategic project leader and primary liaison for all RV activities on large-scale implementation projects. This role is responsible for managing client interactions, driving the preparation of client-ready deliverables, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring the quality and completeness of all Requirements Validation and Solution (RVS) artifacts. The Advisor BA ensures alignment between business objectives, validated requirements, and solution deliverables while maintaining project momentum and fostering collaboration across stakeholders. Your role in our mission

  • Leads and oversees the Requirements Validation and Solution (RVS) process, providing direction to the team and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Packages RVS artifacts for client consumption, ensuring they are polished, accurate, and aligned with project goals.
  • Drives the preparation of client-ready "How Requirements Are Met" documentation, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions to build stakeholder confidence.
  • Guides RVS discussions, ensuring active stakeholder participation and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and building consensus.
  • Manages and escalates stakeholder issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
  • Facilitates RVS sessions, stepping in as needed to lead discussions and ensure productive outcomes.
  • Performs scribe responsibilities when needed, capturing key insights, decisions, and action items through detailed note-taking and documentation.
  • Proficiently organizes meeting minutes, summaries, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensures the completeness and quality of RVS artifacts, including comprehensive traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identifies potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Develops and manages the RVS schedule, aligning it with overall project timelines and deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 9+ years of business analysis experience, with a strong focus on requirements validation, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead RVS processes and manage complex requirements for large-scale implementation projects.
  • Proven expertise in creating client-ready deliverables, including requirement documentation and solution demonstrations.
  • Experience working with healthcare, Medicaid, CMS, or MITA frameworks preferred.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficient in documenting and packaging RVS artifacts for client review.
  • Skilled in organizing and analyzing information, ensuring accuracy in meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and documentation practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build stakeholder consensus.
  • Effective facilitation skills to guide discussions and manage stakeholder participation during RVS sessions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and work guidance to less experienced team members.
