Summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Healthcare Contact Center Representative to support the Customer Engagement Verification (CEV) program, which helps members complete required outreach, verification, and engagement activities. In this remote role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate information, respond to routine questions, document customer activity, update account or case information, and help ensure program requirements are completed accurately and on time.

- Handle inbound and outbound member interactions related to CEV program requirements, reminders, deadlines, and available resources.
- Provide accurate responses to routine member questions using approved scripts, systems, procedures, and reference materials.
- Research and resolve routine inquiries, update account or case information, and document customer interactions clearly and accurately.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to supervisors or designated support teams while following established procedures.
- Meet established quality, productivity, compliance, and customer service expectations while collaborating with team members and operational support functions.
What we're looking for
- Two (2) or more years of customer service, call center, contact center, or high-volume customer support experience preferred.
- Healthcare, Medicaid, government program, eligibility, outreach, member services, or related experience preferred.
- Strong professional communication, customer service, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to follow established procedures and scripts.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, protect confidential information, and work independently in a structured remote environment.

- Full-time, remote work-from-home position within the United States.
- Fast-paced healthcare contact center environment involving regular inbound and outbound outreach, accurate documentation, and established quality and productivity expectations.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, private workspace are required to support remote work.
- Video participation is required during screening calls, interviews, orientation, and training; during the screening process, a candidate image will be captured in accordance with Gainwell recruiting policy.

The pay range for this position is $37,440 - $43,680 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
