Summary
The Healthcare Operations Analyst is responsible for completing a variety of provider-related data tasks, including updates, validations, recertifications, disclosure reviews, and other workflow activities that support Indiana Medicaid operations. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

What we're looking for

Proficiency with PC and Windows environments, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong advanced data entry and quality-entry capabilities, including composing clear professional correspondence.

Demonstrated phone skills for resolving questions from providers, clients, and vendors.

Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex provider-related issues.

Ability to interpret administrative policies and apply strong planning and organizational skills.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
