The role involves extensive interaction with product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams, as well as client personnel. 
 

Your role in our mission

  • Drive client-specific solution architecture, solution development, and communication in a complex IT environment of Gainwell and non-Gainwell technologies.
  • Interface with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive management throughout all phases of solution development.
  • Drive and coordinate a clear articulation of client requirements, as well as appropriate dependencies.
  • Clarify incremental technical efforts within Gainwell solutions and get Product Management alignment on addressing them.
  • Participate in solution selling activities to ensure that marketing plans align with sales and launch plans.
  • Create solution business plan; assist in preparing financial models to ensure that client interests are met, and potential business opportunities are established. Assist and support client activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits, and messaging.
  • Interface and participate in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive managements to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation.
  • Become a respected subject matter expert in one of Gainwell’s key solution area. Perform demonstrations and discuss product strategy and roadmaps in the context of market, technology and regulatory trends.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years overall IT experience with 3 years direct, acting as the Technical Lead/Architect to coordinate with Application developers, Architects, Product Owners, and other SMEs to design and build the appropriate MVP for scheduled releases
  • Good understanding of HL7 FHIR definitions and implementations specifically with HL7 FHIR Level 4 domains of Clinical, Medications and Financials
  • Experience with Integration Architecture specially APIs and Interoperability of FHIR APIs
  • Well versed with one or more public cloud platforms across IaaS and PaaS layers
  • Experience working in HealthCare Payer space will be a plus

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
