Summary
The Implementation & Product Success Manager will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and adoption of our Claims, Encounters, and Financials (CEF) solution within large-scale Medicaid programs. This individual will help lead complex, enterprise-level implementations, ensuring smooth deployments, customer alignment, and ongoing success. They will act as a strategic leader, fostering collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of Medicaid.
Your role in our mission
Implementation & Onboarding
- Partner on large-scale Medicaid implementation projects for our CEF solution, ensuring seamless deployment and integration.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into actionable implementation strategies.
- Provide hands-on product configuration, training, and support to help clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Claims, Encounters, and Financials Product team during implementation, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges.
- Act as a key resource and liaison between Product and Implementation teams.
Product Success & Customer Engagement
- Drive customer success by ensuring effective adoption, usage, and optimization of the CEF solution.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and system performance, proactively mitigating risks.
- Conduct regular business reviews and success planning to align product capabilities with client objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, providing strategic guidance on best practices and industry trends.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor and leader, ensuring alignment between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, implementation, and support teams to drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback.
- Identify common implementation challenges and develop scalable solutions to improve for future delivery efficiency.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare IT, or government healthcare programs, with expertise in claims, encounters, and financials solutions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level implementations in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong project and product management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), managed care organizations (MCOs), or state Medicaid agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid claims processing, encounter data submissions, and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, develop strategic project plans & roadmaps, and drive execution.
- Experience with SaaS products, enterprise COTS solutions, and cloud-based solutions.

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $140,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
