Summary

The main tasks of an Infrastructure Delivery Leader include managing the delivery of infrastructure services to Medicaid account client resources and Service Providers; managed services related projects; addressing service reliability issues; tracking service metrics; and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, teamworking skills, and vendor management skills are required. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential for this position.

Your role in our mission

• Lead the Team: Managing and ensuring the team's processes and tasks have the resources they need.
• Manage Relationships: Responsible for managing relationships between line of business and infrastructure delivery services partners by leveraging services and infrastructure products to achieve business strategies.
• Drive Efficiency: Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction and service delivery commitments.
• Supervise Infrastructure delivery staff: Infrastructure Delivery Leaders oversees the workforce in different stages of the delivery process through effective leadership of the resources. Infrastructure Delivery Leader holds all internal and external service departments and workforce within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks.
• Establish Delivery Processes: A key role of an Infrastructure Delivery Leader is to establish and refine service delivery processes. The goal of streamlining these processes and procedures is to ensure that each Customer gets the same great experience.
• Position is responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining and supporting infrastructure and individual system components that enable business functions and IT Services. Balance availability, security, efficiency and functional requirements to help provide an optimized production service. Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored and controlled.
• Build Partnerships: The Infrastructure Delivery Leader is responsible for building partnerships and liaising with internal capability leaders and external service providers to determine services, criteria for the delivery of those services, and develop solutions to any implementation issues that arise.
• Participate in ramp-up activities to determine best practices and standards for enterprise-wide deployment, effectiveness, and operation. 
• Position will be responsible to coordinate infrastructure implementations to ensure designs and implementations are done in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Position will require to be on call to participate and or lead incident support and escalations.

What we're looking for

• Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
• Experience working with the technology industry
• Experience working with SQL Server and Linux and Windows operating systems
• Good leadership and organizational skills

This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.  
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
