Summary
The Infrastructure Delivery Leader oversees infrastructure services for Medicaid clients and service providers, manages related projects, resolves reliability issues, tracks metrics, and ensures customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, vendor management and excellent communication.
Your role in our mission
- Lead the Team: Oversee processes and provide necessary resources.
- Manage relationships between business lines and infrastructure delivery partners to align services with business strategy.
- Enhance Efficiency: Identify strategies to optimize cost reduction while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and fulfilling service delivery obligations.
- Supervise infrastructure delivery staff: The Infrastructure Delivery Leader manages teams at each stage of the process and ensures all internal and external service departments are accountable for their tasks.
- Infrastructure Delivery Leaders develop and refine service delivery processes to ensure customers consistently receive high-quality experiences.
- Oversee the construction, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and system components critical to business operations and IT services. Ensures peak performance by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality. Proactively identifies, manages, and escalates risks arising from business activities for effective monitoring and control.
- Build Partnerships: The Infrastructure Delivery Leader is responsible for building partnerships and liaising with internal capability leaders and external service providers to determine services, criteria for the delivery of those services, and develop solutions to any implementation issues that arise.
- Join ramp-up efforts to identify effective enterprise practices and standards.
- This position requires being on call to support or lead incident response and escalations.
What we're looking for
- Nine (9) years or more of experience in infrastructure support services, cloud operations, project management, or program administration within a technology‑driven environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud, including operational support, governance, monitoring, and coordination of cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS).
- Demonstrated experience working within the technology or infrastructure services industry, supporting large-scale, enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, and strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems in production environments.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position, working Monday through Friday.
- This role requires working 8AM - 5PM Mountain Time (US).

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- Quarterly travel is required to our Denver, CO office.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
