Summary

At Gainwell Technologies, we are redefining how we empower healthcare professionals and organizations. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing dynamic, accessible, and engaging learning experiences. This position supports learning transformation and system implementation training projects across the organization.

Your role in our mission

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Create compelling storyboards, courses, and assessments aligned with business goals
Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards and are visually engaging
Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design processes and best practices
Support training development efforts for system rollouts or transformation projects

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred
3–5 years of experience in instructional design (1+ year required)
Advanced proficiency in at least one eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
