Summary

As a JI Re-Entry Initiative (JI) Liaison at Gainwell, you'll deliver high-touch, personalized outreach to ensure seamless transitions into standard operations. By fostering collaboration, maintaining proactive communication, and guiding stakeholders through the process, you'll directly contribute to operational readiness and program success.

Your role in our mission

Act as the designated contact for counties, facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders
Draft and send outreach emails, ensuring comprehensive coordination across teams
Lead scheduled meetings, provide updates, and address concerns effectively
Prepare detailed meeting minutes and follow up on key action items post-meeting
Monitor progress and milestones to ensure alignment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, customer service or liaison roles
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Strong organization skills with a focus on documentation and follow-ups
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
