Your role in our mission
- Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented concepts with emphasis on .NET specifications, framework, .Net Core+ and design patterns using C#
- Hands on architect, able to effectively troubleshoot critical issues.
- Experienced in building event driven applications and CQRS pattern.
- Experience in building ASP.Net Core Web application using MVC or Razor pages.
- Experience in building applications using ASP.Net Core WebApi, gRPC or GraphQL
- Experience in implementing SSO in ASP.Net Core Web and WebApi applications using OIDC or OAuth
- Should have experience in working with any of the messaging systems like RabbitMQ, AWS SNS, Kafka or Azure Service Bus
- Should have experience in working with distributed caching using Redis.
- Experience in developing applications using either Azure or AWS services.
- Reviews and conducts technical research, testing, evaluation, and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies to ensure tools are current and functional.
- Creates complex application architectures and populates an application host/configuration matrices with strategies, timelines, and cost information to enhance cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates with application developers, managers, and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.
- Develops and designs complex multi-tier web applications; determines project requirements and functional specifications to ensure that client specifications are met.
- Defines and approves application standards and specifications; provides oversight for product content definition to ensure relevant parties are informed of client and company requirements and policies.
- Designs application modules that work together to produce the desired product and ensures completed modules provide the required functionality and meet performance guidelines.
- Plans technical support infrastructure through service level agreements; leads the transition from development to support to ensure timely and efficient client support.
- Provides analysis and design reviews to other departments to prevent duplication of effort in solving application problems.
- Collaborates with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Works with third-party vendors to develop or integrate their software into company products, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines.
- Evaluates new technologies and software products to assess the feasibility of incorporating their capabilities into company products.
- May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in application architecture or product development, specializing in .NET Core, C#, and event-driven systems, including CQRS, Redis, and messaging tools like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Skilled in ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor, WebAPI, and advanced APIs like gRPC, GraphQL, and SSO (OIDC, OAuth).
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, building scalable, multi-tier applications.
- Strong analytical skills for application design, testing, and problem-solving, with healthcare systems experience (preferred).
- Proven leader in Agile environments, able to manage projects and collaborate across teams to meet client and business goals.

The pay range for this position is $127,100.00 - $181,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
