Summary

As a Process Modeler / Trainer at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Here are the details on this position. Looking for a candidate with strong Medicaid or Healthcare background and ability to develop documentation and training materials. This candidate will present training (virtually or in-person) to end-user state clients, operations staff and other users of a new implementation.

Your role in our mission

  • Analyzes and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing business process models
  • Provides input to support requirement and design documentation for implementation projects
  • Facilitates meetings with clients to validate requirements and identify gaps in proposed solutions
  • Publishes business process models to Knowledge Exchange (KE)
  • May support Provider training delivery or utilize train-the-trainer so site account staff can train the provider community

What we're looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to present during training
  • MS Office
  • Strong Medicaid or Healthcare knowledge
  • ELearning video development software (a plus)
  • Business Process Modeling software (a plus)

What you should expect in this role

  • All US locations may be considered including remote. 

 

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
