Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Manager to oversee the technical operations and technical support team to ensure seamless operation of MMIS solution and delivery of technical services. This role combines leadership, project management, IT service management, and hands-on technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your role in our mission
- Lead the technical support team to deliver exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues and provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to prepare reports to analyze effectiveness of services delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement industry best practices in technical operations and service delivery management
- Lead and support internal projects related to system upgrade, security audit, and compliance
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in information systems, engineering, or business administration
- Knowledge of ITIL4 and experience of ITSM for Incident Management, Problem Management (RCA), and Service Request management
- Services operations management, and project management
- 5 years of experience working with the healthcare technology industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to travel
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $120,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
