Summary
Manages day-to-day operations for the Medicaid Drug Rebate teams while maintaining compliance with the contract and Gainwell Technologies’ standards.
Your role in our mission
- Manage operations staff productivity and performance, including preparation and delivery of staff performance reviews and evaluations
- Monitors staff attendance and timekeeping for accuracy and compliance with policies
- Participates in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new operations staff
- Reviews and provide feedback to staff on monthly and quarterly operations reports
- Provides coaching and feedback to staff on conduct and performance, and supports skills development and professional growth that will lead to improved outcomes
- Works with operations team to help ensure all monthly and quarterly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Reviews of dispute resolution proposals
- Performs quarterly invoicing tasks as delegated by QA Analyst or Rebate Manager
- Reviews Supervisor Queues in Process Manager and addresses/delegates all items as necessary
- Works with Rebate Senior Manager to complete monthly updates to staff performance metrics
- Assists with preparation and maintenance of operations documentation
- Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish operations goals
- Participates in project work plan tasks and ensures compliance with audit control objectives
- Assists with special projects and ad-hoc client requests as required
- Fosters a positive team environment and leads by example
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Other tasks as directed
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Two (2) or more years managing office staff
- Five (5) or more years of Medicaid Drug Rebate experience
- Excellent verbal and written (MS Office Suite) communication and organizational skills – ability to track and prioritize operational activities on an ongoing basis. Also, will need to be able to conduct staff and client meetings
- Experience with PRIMS, SSRS Reports, and Process Manager Drug Rebate Solutions with Medicaid drug rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy, and/or medical billing is highly preferred.

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $115,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
