Your role in our mission

The Business Analysis Manager will manage a team of 20-40 resources that directly interfaces with clients. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and knowledge of industry’s best practice and processes.  Allocates staff and monitor deliverables to ensure client and project needs are met in a timely manner. Directly engage with clients as needed to ensure business needs are met. Address clients’ issues and concerns. Must be client savvy and ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and partners.

Performs regular evaluation sessions with each direct hire coaching and mentoring them in their career trajectory. Responsible for all processes around securing new talent including the job posting, interview process, onboarding, evaluation, and conversion. Employs leadership skills to assist in the clearing of all obstacles for the team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Eight or more years in the Health Care industry.
  • Eight or more years in the IT or product management field.
  • Experience working with industry best practices and company policies.

  • Ability to manage people. Including developing, training, rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and get things done.
  • Has skills developing strong relationships with and members, peers and clients.
  • Foster 360 collaboration.

  • Knowledgeable of a consulting environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and procedures to ensure team member adoption.
  • Experienced in managing client interactions and relationships.
  • Comfortable presenting to business stakeholders and executives.
  • Knowledgeable of the privacy laws around legally protected PHI / PII HIPAA data.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
