Manages and directs strategic process improvements and control initiatives for small to medium sized business re-engineering projects.


Essential Job Functions


  • Manages and directs strategic process improvements and control initiatives for small to medium sized business re-engineering projects to ensure that company goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Advises business groups on business process alternatives and provides strategic direction on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Ensures initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company.
  • Manages all aspects of small to medium sized projects from initiative conception through implementation to ensure consistency in implementation and smooth transition between phases.
  • Monitors the development and enhancement of measurement and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and/or changes.
  • Directs the survey and analysis of technique and process best practices.
  • Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
  • Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
  • Nine or more years of organizational change consulting experience
  • Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience working with business process architecture, related processes and company products and services
  • Experience working with Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management
  • Experience working with re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques
