The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background coupled with strong leadership skills to drive the team towards delivering impactful business insights. Your role in our mission
· Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.
· Develop and implement standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business operations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of data models, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making processes.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and analytics.
· Design and implement advanced analytical models to extract insights from complex data sets.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the team on data visualization, ETL processes, and analytical tools.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline); Master’s degree preferred.
· Proven experience in managing a team of Business Analysts or Data Analysts, preferably in a healthcare or Medicaid environment.
· Strong technical proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or similar).
· Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
Other Qualifications
· Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).
· Knowledge of Medicaid operations or healthcare analytics is a plus.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
