Summary

Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the development of persuasive, product-centric content that supports our marketing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in translating complex healthcare and technology concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with public health and Medicaid decision-makers. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Communications & Content Marketing and can be based in the Greater Dallas Area or remote.

Your role in our mission

As a Marketing Manager at Gainwell, you will be instrumental in shaping how our products are understood and valued by our clients. You’ll create content that highlights the benefits of our solutions—ranging from white papers and case studies to sales materials and video scripts—while ensuring alignment with Gainwell’s brand voice and strategic positioning. You will:

Develop content that supports product marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with content, communications, and product marketing teams to tailor messaging for specific markets and audiences.
Translate technical product details into benefits-driven, accessible content for healthcare and government stakeholders.
Collaborate on thought leadership efforts and content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery across platforms.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on data and SEO best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience creating product-focused marketing content, preferably in healthcare, public sector, or tech industries.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Demonstrated success working with product marketing teams to align messaging.
Strong project management capabilities and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
Experience in healthcare public sector marketing is a strong plus.

The pay range for this position is $88,900.00 - $127,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
