Summary

As a Medicaid Drug Rebate Product Advisor, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable Medicaid Drug Rebate applications that provide best-in-class user experience for both customers and employees.

 

You will lead efforts to work with development and product teams to optimize complex workflows while creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that elevate usability and reinforce a consistent, trusted brand. Your role in our mission

  • Strong focus on product and process optimization.  We value individuals who look for ways to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies, creating cost efficiencies.
  • Leverages automation and technology.  Use modern tools to maximize output and save time.
  • Member of a leveraged team performing configuration, development, testing, and implementation of the drug rebate solution for state clients.
  • Supports the drug rebate solution for state clients in maintenance and operations.
  • Provides drug rebate solution and business process expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains drug rebate solution standards across implementations and maintenance and operations.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholder groups across the company’s Pharmacy enterprise, including but not limited to Point of Sale, Claims, Encounter, and Finance teams, data integration and conversion teams, reporting and interface teams, IT and infrastructure teams, leadership, and operations teams.
  • Works with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs. Recommends alternative courses of action as appropriate to meet requirement needs.
  • Develops and provides technical documentation, participates and oversees test-plan development, integration and deployment.
  • Assists in overseeing business process work sessions, project meetings and joint applications development sessions to ensure that product design decisions are communicated to departmental personnel.
  • Functions as a domain expert and works closely with software developers to explain the application design.
  • Supports client relationships

What we're looking for

  • 5 or more years of experience working with Medicaid drug rebate solutions and business processes
  • Experience querying in RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle and understanding data models is a plus
  • Experience with Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or Change Requests, and solution enhancement projects
  • Experience in developing workflows to optimize business processes
  • Experience in capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements and complex business processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing and defect resolution

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
