Summary
As an Operations Analyst, Advisor at Gainwell, you will serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert driving operational excellence across complex healthcare programs. This role is responsible for influencing business decisions, leading high-impact initiatives, and partnering with executive stakeholders to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and improve outcomes. You will leverage advanced analytical expertise to address complex challenges and drive innovation in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Your role in our mission

Provide strategic leadership and advanced analysis to drive performance improvements across healthcare operations

Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decision-making and align operational strategies with business objectives

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance outcomes

Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to support organizational performance

Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring others and guiding best practices in analytics and operational strategy
What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in operations analysis, healthcare operations, or a related analytical field

Expert-level analytical skills with experience in data strategy, performance optimization, and business insights

Strong experience working with healthcare data, including claims, provider, or operational datasets preferred

Advanced proficiency in tools such as SQL, reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data analysis methods

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive audiences

The pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $123,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
