As an Organizational Change Management - Lead at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. This is a lead role within Gainwell Technologies for a large system replacement project. The role will be part of a team that will focus on engaging with stakeholder groups and users of the system as they navigate the replacement of the new system. The ideal candidate has experience with Organization Change Management, preferred in healthcare systems space. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Develops deep understand of targeted stakeholders to identify key influencers and communication channels and methods to effectively engage with the stakeholder group
  • Builds relationships and facilitates an on-going dialogue with the client and target stakeholder groups
  • Engages key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to surface unmet needs and map and document opportunities
  • Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet stakeholder needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.
  • Facilitates meetings with stakeholder to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project.
  • Creates and implements service adoption strategies and plans for the stakeholder segment that identifies the highest value use cases of the service and maximizes stakeholder adoption.
  • Develops recommendations to drive utilization and proficiency with the Service, that increase benefit realization, and the achievement of results and outcomes tied to the wider program.

  • Applies a structured methodology and brings a change management mindset to activities.
  • Supports communication efforts by designing and developing communication plans and writing as needed.
  • Assesses stakeholder buy in and support for the service by conducting impact analysis and gathering direct feedback from stakeholder groups.
  • Trains teams on various products and processes
  • Defines and measures success metrics for the targeted stakeholder group.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of working experience in large-scale change or transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated healthcare and systems knowledge (preferred)
  • A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop skills by taking ownership of new challenges 
  • Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences 
  • Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize components of a business issue to aid in the analysis and definition of solutions 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a diverse audience
  • Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision 
  • Technical capabilities in business applications and healthcare applications
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
