Your role in our mission

  • Analyzes outreach and training needs and associated support functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for outreach and training propositions.
  • Supervises the development of training solutions, outreach methodologies and targets and support for contract defined services and requirements. Assigns, structures and supervises team deliverables to meet service and or project schedules.
  • Serves as training resource for client(s) and/or staff. Analyzes, responds and resolves issues and assists in re-evaluating priorities. Evaluates current, internal processes and maintains currency with industry trends and forecasts.
  • Recommends approved modifications and/or new processes to maintain competitiveness in the industry. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in client organization and follows up with business development team.
  • Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases, transfers and terminations to manager.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six or more years of training, outreach, or healthcare consulting experience
  • Three or more years of leadership experience
  • Experience working with business processes, and associated information technology applications  
  • Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures

The pay range for this position is $62,400.00 - $89,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
