Summary

We are seeking an entry to mid-level PM that is skilled in project scheduling using Microsoft Project.   As a Project Scheduler, you will assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of project schedules using Microsoft Project software.  Microsoft Project proficiency is essential for this role.

Your role in our mission

MS Project Expertise:

  • Serve as the primary expert in MS Project, providing guidance to project managers and team members on best practices, shortcuts, and advanced features.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance the team's proficiency in MS Project.

 Project Scheduling:

  • Assist project teams in developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive project schedules using MS Project.
  • Regularly review and analyze project schedules, identifying potential risks, delays, or resource constraints.

 Resource Allocation:

  • Work closely with project managers to allocate resources appropriately within MS Project.
  • Assist in optimizing resource utilization and identifying potential conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

 Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular audits of project schedules to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers to resolve scheduling issues and discrepancies promptly.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in project scheduling, ideally using MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, MS Project Certification) will be considered a plus.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
